The foods of USA are generally more of a junk food basis compared to the foods of UK or any other places of the world. The foods of USA are usually rich in fat and oil. The foods of USA are high inclusive of dairy products like milk, cheese, eggs and there is a huge consumption of beef and pork in USA than in UK or any other places in the world.
The breakfast food of USA includes bacons, fried eggs, cheese, milk that are all rich in calorie. Whereas the breakfast in UK is usually of toast, fresh juice and boiled eggs, then in UK there is a very minute lunch and a very small supper of soup and salads, but in the USA the dinner and lunch is mainly consists of burgers, pizzas, hot dogs and many such junk foods.
The foods in USA have a very high rate consumption of aerated drinks like cola and caffeine, whereas in the UK, people consume tea and juices, which are very healthy. Compared to USA places in the world like Japan, consumes a very healthy food items, which are rich in vegetables and seafood like the sushi and various soups, so it is the same in China.
In Italy and Spain too there is a healthy use of olive oil as a cooking form which is healthy and delicious too, unlike in the foods of USA. So, it can be concluded that the foods of USA are less healthy than compared to the foods of UK and other places of the world.
